The Analyst, Sales Operations role is to support Avinger’s sales efforts to drive market adoption of its innovative Lumivascular platform and radically change the way vascular disease is treated. This role is highly cross-functional, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Legal, and IT to build out the commercial infrastructure. Specific duties can include, but are not limited to, sales compensation plans, sales reporting & forecasting, sales process workflow optimization, and CRM system implementation.
Success in this role requires being able to quickly see the big picture, understand how the different pieces fit together, and determine how to drive progress forward through continuous functional improvements while getting key stakeholder buy in.
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the day-to-day functions of the Customer Service department. Some functions include trunk stock audits, inventory reports and other sales reports. This position will also work with the Customer Service Manager to ensure accurate reporting and maintenance of the Customer Database.
The Program Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans and for developing programs that highlight the value proposition of Lumivascular technology to clinicians, referring physicians and patients. In addition, this manager will work with Avinger internal and external stake-holders to drive adoption and utilization of Lumivascular technology. This role will require detailed knowledge of Avinger products and solid knowledge of the medical device marketplace.
Primary responsibility is to drive catheter utilization through case coverage, taking ownership of, and management
of assigned customer accounts, and grow the business by identifying new targets.
The Sr. Manager of Physician Education will be responsible for organizing and managing activities related to: clinical adoption, education, and competency training programs for all lumivascular platform products for physicians and technicians.
This person will have to demonstrate excellence in aptitude of clinical knowledge pertaining to peripheral arterial disease, coronary arterial disease, endovascular procedures, and the general catheter laboratory environment.
This role will work very closely with Clinical Affairs, Marketing, Sales, and R+D.
The Senior R&D Engineer will work with other members of the product development team to conceive, develop, prototype, test and debug novel catheter systems in accordance with established policies, goals, and objectives; must have the ability to make sound technical decisions, prioritize project deadlines, follow up and complete critical items; required to quickly generate numerous design concepts, narrow down, and select the best option through an appropriate mix of analysis and prototyping; ability to motivate others to reach timelines and deliverables.
