The Clinical Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing clinical marketing
plans and for developing tools that highlight the clinical value proposition of Lumivascular technology.
In addition, this manager will work with Avinger key physician champions to drive consistency and
excellence in the utilization of Lumivascular technology. This role will require detailed technical/clinical
knowledge of Avinger products and solid knowledge of the clinical marketplace.

The Director of Clinical Education and Physician Development will be responsible for organizing and managing
activities related to two main topics: 1) clinical adoption, education, and competency training programs for all
lumivascular platform products, and 2) post-market scientific studies and evidence-based data gathering activities.
This person will have to demonstrate excellence in aptitude of clinical knowledge pertaining to peripheral arterial
disease, coronary arterial disease, endovascular procedures, and the general catheter laboratory environment.
This role will work very closely with Clinical Affairs, Marketing, Sales, and R+D. In addition to education and
training activities, this person will be responsible for coordinating key opinion leader (KOL) activity both US and
OUS for product development coordination and post-market activities. KOL management will translate further into
strategic placement of speakers and content into the global thought leader forums for PAD and CAD.
The Director of Marketing is responsible for leading and shaping the entire downstream Marketing
team to develop and implement marketing strategic plans, key programs, all product messaging and
positioning, and overall communications plans to support and drive Lumivascular utilization.
The Director will develop strategy, content, and support for physician/hospital marketing programs
designed to drive patients to Lumivascular practices (e.g. patient education and referring), and will also
be responsible for leading the strategic preparation of all product launch materials (go-to-market plans,
logistics, communication, etc.).
Role will require leading a downstream Marketing team, and working very closely with all of Marketing,
Sales, Medical Affairs, R&D, and other functions to develop industry standard product marketing
materials and processes which ensure that Avinger sales professionals and customers are completely
equipped with all technical, clinical, and sales process information necessary to help patients with PAD
obtain all the benefits of Lumivascular technology.
The IT Service Desk Analyst is a hands-on position responsible for working with cross-functional

The Information Technology (IT) Service Desk Analyst is specifically responsible for working with the
IT Infrastructure Manager to ensure that IT Service Desk services are supporting the commercialization
of the business, helping to make employees productive in their use of computing assets and supporting
the IT applications team.
The Sr. Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring applicable quality requirements are met for
the development of new products and sustaining quality throughout the product development life cycle
including sustaining support after commercialization.
The Senior R&D Engineer will work with other members of the product development team to conceive,
develop, prototype, test and debug novel catheter systems in accordance with established policies,
goals, and objectives; must have the ability to make sound technical decisions, prioritize project
deadlines, follow up and complete critical items; required to quickly generate numerous design
concepts, narrow down, and select the best option through an appropriate mix of analysis and
prototyping; ability to motivate others to reach timelines and deliverables.
