Syndicate CONNECT Overview:

Syndicate: CONNECT provides interventionalists with a peer-to-peer educational opportunity to learn more about Avinger and it’s current and future technologies.

The format of this dinner will provide a much-needed forum for the exchange of ideas and technologies needed to cross CTOs. Attendees will have an opportunity to connect with the expert faculty on treating CTOs and discuss how to continue to improve the lives of those suffering from PAD.

Target Audience:

This event is designed for cardiologists, vascular surgeons, and radiologists whose preferred method of treatment is an endovascular approach.

Educational Objectives:

The learning objectives designed for this event are listed below:

  • Gain valuable insight into Avinger’s mission and product portfolio.
  • Discuss the importance of preserving the media and adventitia layers by staying in the true lumen when crossing a CTO.
  • Review current and future technologies and techniques currently being used to treat CTOs.



Syndicate ENGAGE Overview:

Syndicate: ENGAGE was created to provide interventionalists a peer to peer learning environment in an observational setting within a hospital Operating Room or Catheterization Lab. During this 1.5-day session, attendees will have the opportunity to engage the host during live cases and didactic case presentations.

Target Audience:

This event is designed for cardiologists, vascular surgeons, and radiologists whose preferred method of treatment is an endovascular approach. Attendees are encouraged to bring films from their last two Wildcat cases to review during this program.

Educational Objectives:

The learning objectives designed for this program are listed below:

  • Discuss proper patient selection and predictors of success to help aid in crossing CTOs.
  • Review of tips and techniques needed to successfully cross CTOs using Wildcat.
  • Understand different approaches and algorithms to consider when treating patients suffering from PAD (access to closure).



Syndicate DIALOG Overview:

Syndicate: DIALOG is a peer to peer educational event hosted in an observational setting where live cases are transmitted to a conference room within the hospital. In an effort to continue the dialog between the operator and the attendees, a moderator facilitates conversation between the audience and the host physician throughout each case.

Target Audience:

This event is designed for cardiologists, vascular surgeons, and radiologists whose preferred method of treatment is an endovascular approach. Attendees will be asked to present their last 10 cases and discuss their outcomes.

Educational Objectives:

The learning objectives designed for this event are listed below:

  • Identify and understand the pathology of a CTO, the different morphologies and how to improve success rates using Wildcat.
  • Focus on treating above-the-knee vessels as well as below-the-knee vessels.
  • Review the role of antegrade, retrograde, contralateral and more exotic approaches to treating peripheral CTOs.
  • Tackle the most difficult CTOs while preventing complications and improving recanalization options after you’ve crossed the lesion.

 

 

Syndicate SYMPOSIUM Overview:

The Syndicate: SYMPOSIUM brings together an elite group of physicians to participate in hands-on R&D labs with all Avinger technologies, provide valuable feedback based on Wildcat experience, and attend an executive dinner with Dr. Simpson.

This event is designed for cardiologists, vascular surgeons, and radiologists whose preferred method of treatment is an endovascular approach.

  • Provide valuable input on Avinger’s mission, product portfolio and future strategies.
