Marketing Coordinator/Associate

Duties:

  • Assist and support the development of marketing strategies and plans in conjunction with other members of the marketing department.
  • Ability to design and translate ideas into visual concepts, either by creating them yourself or in partnership with a graphic designer.
  • Copy edit and provide editorial oversight on external messaging and campaigns.
  • Manage the tactical delivery and logistics of marketing services to the sales organization, corporate branding efforts, training events, and tradeshows.
  • Ability to work across Product and Marketing teams to create content strategies for product launch and support.
  • Create or coordinate marketing and sales training content, presentations, collateral, and advertisements.
  • Own and manage all logistics for trade shows, conferences, corporate meetings and events.
  • Maintain digital directory of sales enablement tools, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the development of new materials as needed.
  • Coordinate digital and website content, social media posts, and use of marketing automation software.
  • Identify and implement improvements in marketing best practices, processes, systems, or content.
  • Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success and campaign results.
  • Provide competitive analysis and market research.
  • Oversee all marketing materials from ordering, inventory management, shipping, through expense tracking for all events and field sales support.
  • Handle all administrative and logistical needs for the department.
  • Run marketing special projects as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required.
  • 3 to 5 years of professional marketing or advertising experience; in a similar role preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe Applications and one or more web tools focused on Sales or Marketing efforts.
  • Experience with Salesforce/Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot, or other marketing platform.
  • Solid understanding of inbound marketing principles and execution.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • High degree of organization, detail-focus, and initiative.
  • Positive and team-oriented attitude.
